The Saranac 146 is constructed using thermoformed polyethylene and has a flat bottom design. It's narrower shape and slightly lower seats makes it paddle better than most canoes on the market and it delivers a strong stable family canoe at an affordable price. Two contoured seats plus a bench seat for smaller paddlers provide a comfortable ride, with the bench seat including a handy covered storage compartment. Extra features are cup holders, rod holders and storage trays.
