We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for any item you purchase from us. We offer you a full refund, no questions asked, as long as you return the item unused, clean, smelling new, and with all packaging and hang tags with proof of purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will gladly exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item. Adventure Friends tries to offer our customers the best service and pricing on all the products we offer. Please send us an email for a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning the item. Returned packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Items must be returned with all the original tags. Please note that items smelling of cigarette smoke are not considered resalable. To protect our customers, hydration packs may only be returned if they have never been filled and the protective mouthpiece cover has not been removed. For health and safety reasons, bottles, liquid containers and underwear may not be returned. If a product fails due to a manufacturer's error, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Contact us and we will help you get your gear returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Climbing Equipment Return Policy
For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware or ropes at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). Adventure Friends will only accept returns on harnesses if tried on but never used. If you tie in, it's yours.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist you with repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims.
Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.
We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not an Adventure Friends warranty. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving, your postage will be refunded.
